Why should you work with me?
When I take on projects, I don’t see you as just another client or someone who is like a boss to me. Of course, your expectations have to be met and I do have to pay my bills, but I take our relationship more personally because I genuinely want to help you achieve your goals both as a business and as a friend.
Two things that I NEVER compromise on is the quality and the delivery of your work. Expect your projects to be completed on time and be of the highest quality; if you’re not happy with the results, let me know and I’ll get it fixed for you immediately with no questions asked provided your requests are fairly reasonable.
I’m a believer of honest and open communication so criticisms, feedback, and suggestions are things that I highly appreciate and I actually want you to do so if you decide to work with me. I’m also capable of adapting to your requests so do not feel worried about me not being able to convey the vision and mission of your business in my work.
If this fits your bill, do get in touch with me so we can connect or speak on the phone to discuss about your goals and requirements.

How much do I charge?
I like to be transparent about my pricing so here are my rates for different types of projects:
Landing and sales page copywriting
Rates for landing or sales pages begin at $2,500 and will vary depending on the scope of the project. The starting rate include:
A long-form sales or landing page for your product or service (roughly 5,000 words on average)
Again, this will include two versions so you can split test both and see which one works better for you in terms of conversions.
Long form e-mail series or funnels
E-mail funnels begin at $2,000 and will vary depending on the scope of the project.
My e-mail funnels consists of 8 deliverables:
An introductory e-mail
3 content or value-based e-mails to warm your leads
A sales e-mail to send leads to your sales page
3 follow-up e-mails to recover leads who have not converted yet
All of these deliverables come in two versions so there will be 16 deliverables in total for you to split test and decide which version converts better for your product or service.
Short form e-mails
These are for e-mails that do not belong to a funnel or series e.g welcome e-mails or content-based e-mails which you may use to educate your leads.
These e-mails begin at $150 per e-mail which varies based on how many words and work needed to complete the e-mail.
Blog post and articles
Normal blog posts and articles (don’t require much research or expertise to write)
$0.15 per word e.g a 1,000 word article would cost $150, a 3,000 word article would cost $450 and so on.
Technical blog posts and articles (articles that require research and may be more advanced than regular posts)
$0.25 per word e.g a 1,000 word article would cost $250, a 3,000 word article would cost $750 and so on.
If you are looking to work with me but these rates do not meet your expectations, feel free to get in touch with me and we may reach an agreement that benefits both of us in the end.

My guarantees to you and other FAQs
How does your working process look like?
I will exchange a few e-mails with you to discuss about your goals and what you’re looking while working with me. This will take about 2-3 e-mails before moving on to the next step so that we can establish our initial goals for the next step.
I will schedule a quick call with you to discuss about the project in detail and establish the final set of goals that I’ll work on for the project.
Once the scope of the work is settled and agreed upon by both of us, I will send you a contract and an invoice that include everything related to the project from the deliverables, deadlines, to the project fee.
If you agree with the contract, I require a 40% deposit before I work on the project. The project starts once I receive the deposit and the remaining fees are to be settled once all deliverables are completed.
How do you keep in touch regarding updates about the project?
Every project I work on will include a Google Sheets and private page (which I will host on my website) for you to keep track of the progress of the project. Contained inside the documents are the progress of each deliverable as well as their respective deadlines.
This means that you don’t need to e-mail or contact me to know what’s going on as all the spreadsheet and website will be automatically updated once I’m completed with each task.
The main channel of communication will be via e-mail but I’m also open to calls or video sessions to keep in touch. If the project lasts for more than a week, you will receive weekly reports in addition to the things I mentioned above; you can also request for monthly reports if you feel that weekly reports are too much.
How do I pay you?
I accept credit card payments, bank transfers (with TransferWise), or cryptocurrencies (Ethereum and Bitcoin only according to latest exchange rates).
I’m open to alternative payment options should it be viable for me and you to conduct transactions.
What if I’m not happy with the results or if I want to change something?
I offer up to 2 edits for deliverables that you’re not satisfied with or want to see some change in terms of structure or content.
I only offer deposit refunds for the following reasons:
If I cannot guarantee work on your project within the deadline
If something comes up within the project timeline (e.g unexpected events, illness, emergencies etc.)
If you cancel the project within 24 hours of signing the contract (not applicable for articles and blog posts)
I will waive the remaining 60% of project fees if I deliver my work past the deadline without a valid reason (you’ll still be able to request for edits).
Do I get discounts for projects?
I’d love to get referrals from you so if you can refer me a person or business to work with me, I’ll offer you a 10% discount on the next project that we work on regardless of the fee or scope of the project. Also, I’ll refer you and your business to other clients who I feel can benefit from your work.
I also offer cheaper rates if we work on a monthly retainer basis which you can ask me to discuss about the rates and scope of the retainer. Long-term clients (more than 12 months) are also given discounted rates for projects.
